Back to Pilates – September Updates ✨

September is here already! The summer holidays are behind us, and many of us are diving back into work, school runs, and busy routines. This is also the perfect time to reset, refocus, and make space for movement and wellbeing. Pilates is one of the best ways to support your body as you head into this new season – building strength, flexibility, and calm in the middle of everyday busyness.

I’ve got a few exciting updates to share for this month:

👉 Saturday Morning Classes ContinueFor the rest of this 4-week block, my Saturday classes will continue at the Market Harborough Martial Arts Hub (just next to Starbucks).

  • Time: 9:00 am

  • Class: 45-minute Foundation to Flow Classical Pilates

  • Level: Mixed ability – all welcome!

👉 New Weekly Classes at PureGymStarting 5th of September, I’ll also be teaching three weekly classes at PureGym in Market Harborough. These sessions are a great chance to build Pilates into your weekly routine, whether you’re brand new or looking to take your practice further.

Why September is the Best Time to Start

This time of year is all about new beginnings. While January gets all the attention, September has its own energy – a fresh start after summer, with a chance to establish routines that truly work for you.

Pilates is more than just exercise:

  • It gives you strength and stability to handle the demands of daily life.

  • It helps you breathe, release stress, and reset.

  • It’s time just for you – to recharge and leave feeling taller, stronger, and calmer.

So if you’ve been thinking about joining a class, this is your sign to go for it. Come as you are, no matter your level or background – we’ll move, flow, and build together.
